• To develop, implement and monitor local business strategies and tactics to achieve both short and long term business targets of relevant portfolio with due recognition of the overall vision & values and strategies & tactics.
• To maximize the NN products value proposition to the target customer segments.
• Prepare and implement Business Plans for relevant products; regularly monitor the results and take corrective actions.
• Prepare future product launch plan
• Plan promotional cycles
• Product portfolio/product life cycle management.
• Co-operates with advertising companies, market researchers and suppliers in the development of new marketing activities.
• Run projects in Diabetes therapy area, as per the internal requirements of Europe East Sales & Marketing Department.
• Gather and analyze continuous intelligence on the products' performance
• Provide regular market updates including competitor analysis, assessment of market trends, forecasts and prescription data
• Develop and maintain relationships with different target customers
• Medical doctor, ideally with practical clinical experience
• 3 years as PM in a pharmaceutical company, very good understanding of local pharmaceutical market
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Good at establishing, developing and maintenance of relationships
• Delivering results orientation and external customer service approach
• Selling and influencing abilities
• Planning and organizing skills, concern for quality and details
• Solid knowledge of MS office (word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Project Management Tools
• Very good written and spoken English
• Driving licence
