As a Product Manager your main responsibilities will be:
- Manage Customer Expectations and Customer Interaction Processes
- Gather and analyze customer requirements and expectations
- Address customer issues in an effective and timely manner
- Identify customer ongoing needs for product and services improvements
and/or enhancements
- Ensure that the technology solution meets the needs and expectations of the
Customer
- Drive Feature Identification and Prioritization:
- Lead the identification and prioritization of product features based on customer expectations, business requirements, and technology constraints
- Drive Shared Product Vision
- Lead the communication and negotiation process between customer and
program management team
- Develop, Maintain, and Execute the Business Case
- Support cost/benefit analysis of solution development and implementation
- Develop, Maintain, and Execute the Communications Plan
- Develop an integrated communications plan that is responsive to the needs of
the customer and the team
- Support Customer in Marketing to Users, and Training Users and Technical Staff
- Support the development of marketing strategies and materials to users
- Support product launches
- Drive the requirements of product and training documentation
- Education in technical field
- Min 3 years experience on a similar position
- Knowledge of specification and requirement-gathering and analysis processes and techniques
- Knowledge of UML (Sparks, Rational Rose), MS Project, MS Office
- Advanced English skills
- Good knowledge of Project Management
- Excellent leadership skills (excellent communicator, presenter); ability to estimate a realistic time frame for a specific task or project; ability to effectively communicate and apply problem-solving techniques; very fast learner
- Willingness to travel
