You will elaborate, develop and implement the marketing strategies for the local products and follow the marketing plan and budget for the allocated products. According to the market evolution and in collaboration with the Sales and Financial Departments you will establish the business plan for launching of new brands/products. You will organize and deliver presentations to the targeted professional groups (architects, construction engineers, etc.). You will monitor the accomplishment of the sales plan as agreed and established with the sales team. You will be responsible for the training of the internal and external sales teams. You will follow up and analyze the impact of the PR and Communication strategy for the allocated products.
You have university degree, preferably in constructions or architecture, completed by relevant knowledge of insulation solutions for constructions. You have good knowledge of the marketing mix and the usage of its elements in order to accomplish the established goals. You are an analytical person, with a strong orientation towards measurable results. You have well-developed communication skills and the ability of working in teams and of interacting with experts from the construction field. You have good English knowledge, French represents an advantage, and you also have driving licence.
