• Determine market potential, relevant tendencies and developments
• Prepare analysis of market and competition
• Evaluate strength and weaknesses of the company and products from the competition
• Evaluate market and customer needs and report development and changes
• Develop marketing plans and concepts
• Create business case for the product
• Define and implement product within the project team
• Perform and assure usability of products
• Assure availability, delivery, functionality and quality of product
• Initiate product adjustments (functions, features) and further development
• Follow up and implement defined concepts and strategies
• Define and realize product budgets and price calculations of the product
• Constant control of revenue and cost of the product (actual vs. forecast)
• Sales support activities regarding marketing, communication and advertising of product
• Develop and maintain product specifications, description and manuals
• Prepare and oversee product related training activities
• Close co-operation with other departments, especially TPM (technical product manager)
• Regular communication and reporting
• Minimum 2 years experience in product management, preferably in telecom
• Profound understanding of technology in the field of internet, e-business, portals and telecommunication
• Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
• Project management experience
• Negotiation capabilities
• Presentation techniques
• Problem handling and management
• Languages: advanced English (oral and in writing)
