The role of the Product Manager (Synevo Romania) is to:
- Co-operate closely to Synevo Sales&Marketing Directors in promoting Synevo services to specific markets
- Directly responsible for the development of new Synevo products/services
- Develops specific market analysis in order to launch new Synevo products/services
- Provides data related to the competitors, the market, product positioning; prioritize product deployments
- Promotes (new) products/services on market, develops and communicates to potential clients/customers scientific/commercial releases about our services (presentation, gatherings, conferences, scientific support in order for the clients to understand product's qualities and goals)
- Offers technical/scientific support to the sales team in order to offer details to interested customers about our services (working methods, specifications, protocols and sampling/collection procedureas, the relations between result and diagnosis)
- Work closely to the sales team in order to maintain relations with the beneficiaries
- Track key succes metrics and take accountability for reaching product/services goals
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to taylor style appropriately to varying audiences
- Graduate of the Faculty of Medicine:
Any knowledge of Laboratory field (services, techniques, methodes, equipments, etc) is a big plus
- Excellent computer skills
- 3+ years of marketing/product management experience
- Good English (both written and spoken)
- Driver's license
