- selecteaza si stabileste produsele, strategia de distributie si modul de promovare;
- stabileste preturile, nivelele de discount-uri, programele de fidelizare parteneri;
- participa, alaturi de departamentul vanzari, la intalnirile de business pentru conturile cheie;
- participa la elaborarea bugetului pe anul in curs pe brandul alocat;
