Responsibilities:
- Be the escalation point for customer support and field engineers;
- Contribute to the product's road map by defining requirements deriving from field experience;
- Take part in the product development life-cycle – marketing requirements, system specifications, design review and test plans;
- Constantly engaged in knowledge transfer to almost the entire organization – pre-sales, professional services, marketing, project management;
- Needs to perform as the product's senior technical expert which means the one person in the company that knows the product perfectly from all aspect.
Requirements:
- Programming background (primarily JAVA, C++,C or massive scripting);
- Experience with Information Systems (Unix, Oracle);
- At least 3 years relevant working experience;
- Experience working with internal and external customers;
- Background in development procedures and data integration;
- High technical capabilities, technology leader;
- Excellent English language skills being able to give presentations in English;
- Readiness to travel (approximately once a month).
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Network Management Systems – significant advantage;
- Familiarity with the telecom market/work experience at a telecom company – significant advantage;
- Computer Sciences degree– advantage.
