• Definition of software requirements and implementation of ATE programs
• Characterization according to Validation Concept
• Laboratory Management (development and maintanance of measurement set up)
• Support of product qualification
• Ramp up of the product the production release)
• Identification and implementation of measures for reduction of production costs (yield, test time, test insertion)
• Burn In support in the ramp up and monitoring phase
• Monitoring of Yield during production phase
• Product specific FAR support
• Support Transfer projects (wafers, packages, sites)
• Cooperation in multi site project teams
• Graduate of a technical university (computer science, electronics, automation etc.)
• Analytic thinking required
• Hardware know how (understanding of electronic parts, how they work etc.)
• Experience with semiconductor product measurements required
• LabView programming skills required
• PCB Design & Layout skills is a plus
• Statistical Process Control (6 Sigma) Knowledge is a plus
• Work experience up to 3 years desired
• Experience in product engineering and electrical failure analysis of microelectronic circuits desired
• English - Fluent (required)
• German - desired
