- in charge of quotations and technical advice to agents and partners
- presenting the product to the customers: design offices, installers and end users
- follow the daily evolutions of agents quotations and coach the team
- einsuring, with help of the agents, the back office: order to factory, drawings to customer
- managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
- specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers
- driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning
- analyzing potential partner relationships for the product
- very good knowledge of the Air Handling Units market
- strong experience in AHU quotations
- 3-5 years experience as sales manager and 1-2 years experience as product manager
- English or French knowledge - advanced level
- leadership abilities, management of a small team
