Leading a team of up to 20 people of Indirect or Direct Procurement division;
Responsible for the day to day operational management of the team: Team Performance, Team and individual assessments, analysis and reporting of performances to different audiences.
Motivating teams and drive the performance to a good and sustainable level with high customer satisfaction.
Identify projects, involve team and improve performances.
Communication with the customer, regular operational mechanisms to discuss team performances and make action plans according to feedback.
-Supervision of team performance ¿ coach, support and appraise. Screen and select team members as per customer requirements.
Minimum requirements:
-at least 4 years of experience in Procurement/Sourcing Business and related tasks;
-Leadership experience, at least 3 years of experience in Managing Teams
-Automotive background is an advantage;
-Customer Oriented
-Excellent communication and highly analytical skills;
-Pro-active, Initiative, Energize (able to transmit enthusiasm to team and stakeholders).
