- Customer relationship management in a remote type of operation
- Identify and drive process improvement opportunities , projects aligned with business initiatives and customer needs
- Being responsible for the day to day leadership, daily operational team planning and performance deliverables.
- Identify training and coaching opportunities and needs for all team members
- Attend meetings and present performance indicators on internal operational reviews
- Build strong communication and relationship with the region and the customer team
- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead resolution of technical problems.
- Attend meetings, give presentations and participate in projects in order to ensure smooth introduction of changes and satisfactory resolution of problems.
- Supervision of team performance ¿ coach, support and appraise. Screen and select team members as per customer requirements.
- Collect team¿s proposals and ideas and formulate process improvements and changes in a scientifically correct way ( through LEAN or 6 sigma methodology )
University degree
- Minimum 3 years of Experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and team skills.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills.
- Strong PC skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience in Procurement/Sourcing Business and related tasks
- English ¿ advanced
- French - advanced
Work conditions:
- OJT period abroad for +- 6/8 weeks
- Office hours GMT + 1 from Monday to Friday
