Leading negotiations of commercial conditions and participating at technical negotiations;
Preparing the contract drafts, in particular commercial conditions collecting and considering the comments from other related units;
Checking the fulfilment of contractual conditions in contract and to lead and co-ordinate claim procedure if needed;
Monitoring the market trend and prepare analyses from the commercial and technical point of view;
Working out the risk and market analysis in order to reduce a probability of risk event and to increase the efficiency of procurement sub-processes;
Being responsible for: General material and services procurement.
University degree (Economical or Technical would be a plus);
Relevant experience in procurement, preferably in production field;
English fluent with commercial and technological terminology;
Computer knowledge;
Effective Team worker;
Interpersonal skills.
