For our client, a multinational player specialized in IT, we are currently looking for a Procurement officer.
Role:
Competitive biding – receive requests, contact 5 suppliers (approved suppliers or find new ones), obtain offers, compare offers
30% of time contracting, the rest just negotiate with suppliers (it support / labor providers on hardware or soft, for internal needs or external clients)
Europe, the Middle East and Africa area coverage
English is a must!
Italian/ Spanish/ French/ German/ Hungarian is a plus.
Procurement experience just nice to have, could be sales even better, young graduates.
Enthusiastic, fast learners, communication skills, persuasive, assertiveness, presentation skills.
Very well organized, multiple bidings at the same time, respect deadlines.
Technical understanding / passion to learn about hardware products or applications – to speak the same language with the business and suppliers.
