RESPONSABILITATI

PROCUREMENT MANAGER who will be implicated in:

Procurement Process Management;
Vendor Master Data Set-ups/Updates;
Diagnose and resolve SRM related issues and advise user on appropriate action;
Administer help desk software;
Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions;
Prepare activity reports;
Maintaining the operational SLAs at a high level;
Ensure a high quality delivery focusing on customer needs;
Support customer procurement projects;
Initiate improvement projects for existing processes.


CERINTE

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

University Degree;
Knowledge and experience of customer service practices;
Procurement Experience both at an operational and strategic level;
Deep understanding of the supply chain process;
Experience in negotiations, contract management, E-sourcing;
Understanding of the BPO environment
SAP experience require
Very good communication skills both in English and in a second European Language;
Attention to details.
