Managing the supplier selection process and develop Service Level Agreements for each commodity/supplier;
Negotiating favorable prices/discounts and more generally commercial conditions for all purchases, by implementing a professional process;
Permanently challenging the “status quo” and searches for new ways of improving the terms and conditions offered by company’s suppliers;
Following - up (major) complaints and periodically evaluating the strategic suppliers performance through clear performance indicators and regular meetings;
Signing and administrating the maintenance and repairs services contracts/service level agreements of garages in all major cities for major vehicle brands within the company’s car fleet;
Coordinating various administrative issues in order to meet the internal customer expectations and ensure cost effectiveness, timely fulfillment of the duties;
Collaborating internally with Commercial / Operations / Management Team on procurement strategy.
Superior studies in technical or economic field;
Minimum 3-5 years experience in procurement field;
Organizational competencies;
Acts with integrity and professionalism;
Very good interpersonal skills;
Communicates and collaborates effectively with others, verbally and in writing;
Speaks and writes fluently in local and English language.
