Our client is the world's leading supplier of technologie, project management, information solutions to the oil and gas industry.

Our client is looking for a Procurement Manager whose mission will be:
Manage all Import/Export and movement of material, supplies and assets inter/intra the company and its locations. Liaison with Logistics teams on inbound freight movements. The primary objective would be to manage logistics activity taking into account cost and cycle time considerations while meeting operational objectives.

Reporting - All sea, land & air freight, customs duty, related to assets, products, covering specific performance indices and to work towards continuous improvement goals;
Process Flow - Development & Management for shipments on all modes of transportation including Dangerous Goods Cargo (explosives & radioactive goods);
Customs - Scope includes compliance to customs requirements in respective countries in which company operates as well as managing customs duty costs to a minimum of exposure and conducting regulatory self audits / compliance to the latest customs regulations;
Shipment Tracking – Supports the field with effective tracking methods/system of all in transit purchase orders;
Warehousing – Monitoring of all inventory turns as well as stocking frequencies against logistics movements.
Logistics Provider Performance Management – To run and manage Performance Indicators and Performance Management meetings. Ensure continuous improvement activities are identified and managed. Scope includes contractual, regulatory and safety compliance.
Cost Management – Ensure effective management of costs relevant to logistics activity via: Periodic Freight Rate Benchmarks, Identification of Freight Consolidation Opportunities, Process Flow Reviews, and Annual Freight Rate Cost Negotiations
Health, Safety & Environment: Ensure full compliance with HSE policies, in all aspects of the Supply Chain activity – Contractor Management, audits, review meetings etc.
Tendering and negotiation of identified critical and strategic suppliers/services
Supplier developments & relationship management
Responsible for transaction management, and e-procurement within the locations
Develop and manage the Supplier List.
Ensure compliance to company's Internal Policies
Ensure that all catalogue prices are negotiated and reviewed periodically.
Prepare periodical reports as agreed with local management.
Monthly reporting of spend details to management team


CERINTE

University degree (Supply Chain Management / Finance/ Engineering);
Five years experience in oil& gas field;
Management or supervisory experience;
Fluency in business English mandatory;
Available to travel abroad.
