- Business meetings with potential new clients for Genpact as part of Sales activities.
- Lead RFP submissions for new Customers.
- Create and independently validate opportunity specific economic models and business cases; coordinate activities with Procurement Team; ensure financial targets are met.
- Developing transformation road map for continuous process improvement.
- Co-ordinate with Genpact teams on various project management related activities.
- Provide subject matter expertise as part of the product development initiatives.
- Focus on managing the project engagement specifically balancing organization profit and long term client opportunity.
- Manage relationship with Genpact Customers in Europe Procurement business processes.
- Take responsible for savings targets, timely deliveries, Customer Satisfaction through improved end to end processes over agreed service levels.
This position is based in CLUJ, and will require travelling abroad.
- Minimum 7 years experience in procurement and sourcing in a multinational company.
- Experince in handling large budgets (aprox $200 million per annum) accoss regions and commodities.
- Proven record in managing teams.
- Category expertise in Services Sourcing, Technology Products or Marketing sourcing.
- Project Management Skills.
- Good knowledge of the European market for the specific category.
- Excellent understanding of various kinds of contracts and Contract Negotiation Skills.
- Sound understanding of Sourcing Cycle.
- Experience in developing procurement and sourcing processes and implementing them.
- Experience in working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP/Oracle/Ariba)
- Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of any other European Language is desirable.
