Coordinate scrap acquisition and manages the Scrap trading for our client (in value of 12 Mil $/ month) by improvin togheter with his team the relationship with the actual suppliers. Current database of 80, active suppliers 30. Database have to increase at least up to 100 (companies, not individuales).
- Reduce volumes from big traders and maximize share from small suppliers
- Assure, increase or develop new sources of alternative materials (skull skimmers and pig iron turnings)
- Develop regional market (Bulgaria, Serbia and Hungary).
- Trade the best SCRAP quality by identifying new suppliers and attract the medium suppliers to deliver directly to the client
- Having a very good market sensibility be aware always about the market changes and make quick and strategic decision
- Settle and respect new criteria for SCRAP selection suppliers
- Manage processing and logistic processes, by ensuring supply to the plant
- Guaranteeing the quality of operations
- Ensuring budget compliance; develop his team ('3 persons), prove good people management
- Facilitating continuous improvement in the integrated management of his/her area of competency, and creating a safe work environment
