Procter & Gamble Co is planning to open a regional procurement center in Romania which will serve company operations in Western Europe. This will be co-located with P&G Marketing Romania SRL in its Bucharest office.
- Establish and maintain effective local supplier relationships;
- Operate the purchasing systems, assure data integrity and maintain the appropriate documentation ;
- Execute negotiated contracts (place call off orders, ensure contractual terms are met, schedule contract renewal etc.) .
- College (3 years) or university graduate;
- Fluent in English and one on these languages: Portuguese/ Czech/ Polish/ Hungarian/ Spanish(written and spoken);
- Excellent customer service, commitment to solve problems and requests;
- Excellent problem solving abilities;
- Excellent administrative skills, particular emphasis on accuracy;
- Priority setting and ability to understand and follow standard processes.
