Procter & Gamble Co is planning to open a regional procurement center in Romania which will serve company operations in Western Europe. This will be co-located with P&G Marketing Romania SRL in its Bucharest office.
Establish and maintain effective local supplier relationships ;
Operate the purchasing systems, assure data integrity and maintain the appropriate documentation ;
Execute negotiated contracts (place call off orders, ensure contractual terms are met, schedule contract renewal, etc.) .
College (3 years) or university graduate ;
Fluent in English and one on these languages: German/ Czech/ Polish/ Hungarian/ Russian/ Turkish/Dutch written and spoken) ;
Excellent customer service; commitment to solve problems and requests ;
Excellent problem solving abilities;
Excellent administrative skills; particular emphasis on accuracy ;
Priority setting and ability to understand and follow standard processes .
