- Responsible for providing processing and manufacturing support to customers
- Lead customer productivity and technical development efforts at key end users and molders
- Responsible for leading and managing customer productivity efforts within the customer organization
- Use customer training tools to develop customer competencies in molding
- Providing support for part design and tooling
- Responsible for material selection, CNM
- Participating / Guiding FMEA s at customers
- Over 5-7 years practical experience in Plastics processing
- Bachelor s degree in engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience in material processing & manufacturing engineering
- Tooling knowledge
- Material processing and processing troubleshooting skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Boundaryless behavior across functions & regions
- Fluency in English is a must,
