- Improve and modernize production processes in co-operation with relevant parties;
- Analyze current practices according to specific company policies and procedures;
- Secure the optimization of the use of human resources, procedures and materials
- Continuously support the activities of improvement and modernization of processes in cooperation with relevant parties, proposing projects and corrective/preventive improvement actions.
- University degree in a technical field;
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar production process;
- Experience in LEAN / Kaizen Manufacturing would be a plus
- Decision making, courage and aptitude for risk taking
- Strong analytical and learning capabilities;
- Customer service orientation and creative thinker;
- Comfortable working in a team with excellent communication skills;
- Concern for order and quality;
- Good level of MS Office;
- Fluency in English.
