RESPONSABILITATI

This person will be in charge of getting the maximum exploitation of the tooling to be installed and support the implementation of the plant policies.
FUNCTIONS
• Manage the industrialization of the product assuring parameters of hours to ensamble the tooling and quality plan.
• Ability to process, production capacity, hours of not quality.
• Develop the acceptance of tooling manufactured by suppliers, from the constructive planes and dimensional reports obtained by interferometry laser.
• Identify the HR and Materials to ensure the industrialization
• Improve and optimize the productive processes of existing lines, defining flows of product process , designing alternative processes and introduce maintenance, corrective and improvement actions.
• Manage the plan technical and organizational productivity, managing the deviations from the planning proposal.
• Leading activities pointing to reduce costs of not quality.
• Ensure the standardization of jobs and its documentation.
• Analyze the manufacturing costs of a product, fixing its price with the customer and supporting the functions of realization of offers internal and external.
• Lead to his team.
• Fulfill their responsibilities in Time, Quality and Costs, looking for the continuous improvement of the production plant.
