Process Design Engineer

RESPONSABILITATI

Experience as process design engineer for oil & gas (upstream and downstream) and petrochemical industries, which the responsibility covered to basic conceptual design, preliminary/basic engineering (FEED), detail design engineering, support procurement and project implementation.
Proficient with all Process software like HYSIS, PRO-II, PIPEPHASE, PIPESIM etc.
The responsibility in basic/detail engineering is to develop process design basis & philosophies, material and heat balance (PFD), P&ID, process simulation (using), equipment sizing, PSV sizing, CV sizing, doing process studies; flare relief and blow down (depressurization) study, safety (SAFE Chart), QRE, HAZID and HAZOP study (risk anticipation/mitigation), and also prepare process data sheets for equipments/instruments
