-Review and document internal processes within the company;
- Propose, contribute and implement improvements of the processes, policies and control standards ;
- Perform internal control testing and reviews requested by Senior Management, follow-up and implement corrective actions and proposed recommendations;
- Evaluates the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, including an assessment of the impact of control deficiencies;
- Monitors business process compliance according to Group requirements
- Business process re-engineering or improvement experience, with strong internal control focus;
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
-Very good Microsoft Office skills, with an emphasis on strong excel skills and Visio;
-Ability to handle and process large volumes of data needed to assess financial performance and detect the areas that require attention in order to improve performance;
-Business English -advanced level;
-3-5 years work experience, at least 1 year in consultancy, internal control or business processes, experience in telecomm industry is a plus
