Facilitate insurance business process teams, conducts process mapping, process analysis, applies business processes improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles, in order to achieve process modernization targets. S/he will be specifically responsible for:
Manage the development and delivery of the required services
Capturing and documenting processes in collaboration with end users
Facilitate business process re-engineering by providing process mapping and recommendations to improve business efficiencies using six sigma methodology
Re-design processes, structures and role definition to align with business goals
Analyze the related impact of every process change request upon the existing business processes
Check the consistency of the processes changes for the related simultaneous projects
Liaise with any related projects to ensure that required deliverables are neither overlooked nor duplicated
Report to the PMO Director and process owner in the manner and at the frequency defined in the Project Charter
Compile a report on any lessons learned about the technical methods and tools used ¿ Post Implementation Review
Prepare any recommendations for follow-on actions after the project close
Coaching and training assured for internal customers
Professional knowledge and hard skills:
University degree
Experience in Bussines Process (Re)engineering and Six Sigma, specific statistically measures, application of quantitative and qualitative analysis (six sigma green belt level would be an asset).
Management principles, concepts and techniques and their practical applications
Procedural analysis, work simplification methods, quality improvement methods, staff utilization.
Principles and practices of process design and improvement techniques like DMADV, DMAIC (IDEFx would be an assset)
Hands-on experience with industry standard process solving tools (e.g. Visio, IgrafX, Sciforma Process, Casewise Corporate Modeler Suite, KBSI etc.)
Fluent English - both oral and written
Project Management tools background is an asset
