Business Environment

As an integral part of the Business Process Development Organization, Channel Admin Operations is responsible for HP's interaction with the Business Partners in the EMEA region.

Job Description

You will understand HP’s spare parts business, provide administrative and order management support to HP external and internal customers. Serve as a focal point within the organization to track details of partner activities, following HP’s policies and processes.

The Process admin is responsible for:
-Sorting and sending Service Channel Partner invoices using digital sender and DHL.
-Support for the Service Channel Partners for checking information in SAP and/or resending invoices.
-Day to day interaction with the Partners (via phone and email).
-Interaction with other internal departments.

Minimum requirements:

-Customer oriented
-Good written and spoken English skills
-Good communication skills
-Patient, well organized, self-dependent, flexible and proactive person
-Exercise independent judgment
-Team player
-Good knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)

Desirable requirements:
-SAP knowledge
