RESPONSABILITATI

POSITION LOCATED IN IASI

• Raising problem records for selected incidents and assign them to relevant resolving group
• Development of problem resolution plans
• Monitoring progress against actions across Resolver Groups
• Coordinating identification of incidents root cause and prevention, documenting results
• Verification of potential problems reported by Incident Managers
• Ensuring workarounds for unresolved problems or known errors are available to users and support teams
• Correlating existing incidents with existing problems/known errors
• Proactive identification and resolution of problems that could potentially lead to incidents
• Monitoring implementation of identified permanent solutions (e.g. via change Management) and recommendations
• Timely production and interpretation of Problem Management statistics
• Coordinates resolution of problems (Gray Space) and root cause analysis (e.g. organizing conference calls)
• Invoke escalation procedure as and when required
• Producing status reports identifying trends in incidents and raising problem records where required
• Providing agreed regular reports, statistics and documents

• Client facing with excellent communication skills,
• Good verbal and written English,
• Enthusiastic in the role, be self-starting and have good attention to detail,
• Pro-active and seek service improvements on a regular basis,
• Experienced in reporting desirable,
• Methodical approach to working, strong analytical skills
• Good organizational skills, ability to maintain high level of accuracy,
• Flexible, well-motivated team player, ability to work with minimum supervision and perform under pressure and tight deadlines,
• Understanding the nature of IT service management;
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to interpret technical issues for a less technical audience and work under pressure,
• Enthusiastic, confident with can do attitude and ability to multi-task ,
• ITIL framework awareness, possibly Foundation level certified desirable,
• Good PC skills. Need to be experienced in basic Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
