Oracle's Global Support Services is establishing a new Service Engineering team in Romania to provide leading edge technology and automation for the Global Support Services business.
This is an exciting opportunity to participate in a start-up project with one of the world's leading enterprise software providers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Develop automation and infrastructure to support Oracle's Global Support Services division;
-To be a champion for automation and engineered solutions within Oracle's Global Support Services division;
- To develop and maintain direct relationships with the appropriate external and internal stakeholders;
- Willing and able to drive cross-team and global projects and initiatives;
-Demonstrate an ability to understand complex areas of systems engineering and lead the design of quality solutions.
-At least 8 years development experience using most of the following technologies: J2EE; iAS/Apache; UML; UIX; XML/XSD; Oracle RDBMS;
-Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent degree;
-Very strong knowledge of full project lifecycle - from initial consultation to delivery;
-Strong interpersonal skills;
-The ability to influence at all levels with well developed persuasive arguments;
-An ability to work under pressure and meet deadline requirements complimenting a proactive and flexible approach with a resilient and results - orientated nature.
-Possessing exceptional interpersonal and communication skills acting as an individual technical contributor;
-Self driven and self motivated;
-Results orientated, an ability to manage multiple priorities is also expected;
-Strong consumer focus;
-Proficiency in English language.
