MANDATORY: T24 implementation experience/Minimum of 3 years working with T24 at the system level (Business or Technical);
Fully able to travel in Europe;
Works with colleagues, clients or partners in acting as an “expert” of a specific product as part of an overall project delivery;
Act as the point of escalation for multiple projects and where required understand client Issues, challenge where applicable and present plans to resolve;
Has a detailed level knowledge on one particular Product area, along with the ability to explain multiple others;
Will also display similar level of awareness of Industry and market trends/behaviours;
A strong “Leadership” contribution to their aligned Centre of Excellence and input on product and process Improvement is also expected.
