- Provide support to the business in developing a pricing strategy and pricing related policies and procedures, including its regular updates;
- Analyse the structure of fees and commissions and oversee it’s implementation in practice;
- Ensure optimal pricing infrastructure and processes in place to safeguard company’s profitability;
- Together with P&L leaders, Sales & Marketing, Product Development, identify new product opportunities through customer understanding, value proposition, pricing and product structure;
- Manage the modelling support to NPI, CRP and local decision making;
- Together with Marketing, provide regular competitor intelligence reports: competitors pricing and products, market trends.
- Understand and be up to date with the banking legislation related to pricing and pricing communication to our customers.
- Perform monthly & quarterly margin analysis per product & distribution channel, interacting with Romanian GE Money business CEOs, Sales and Marketing Director, GE Money Romania FP&A and the Regional Commercial Finance team;
- Provide monthly, quarterly estimations of the key financials down to CV to be reported to the centre;
- Support the business with the Growth Playbook (SI), SII and margin assumptions for GE Money Romania Operating Plans;
- Participate in the commercial finance projects of the company,
- Project management for assigned finance integration and commercial projects;
- Perform other tasks and ad-hoc analysis, as requested by the business;
- 3-5 years of FP&A, commercial finance relevant experience;
- Previous experience in pricing would be an advantage;
- Excellent analytical skills and business acumen (demonstrated commercial understanding with ability to balance growth and profitability)
- Ability to work with and across different functions (mainly sales, marketing, finance and risk).
- Ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High-level of energy and a can-do attitude
- Fluency in English
