Reporting to the Technical Sales Support Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our European technical sales team with advanced solutions to customer problems and opportunities based on PTC’s CAD/CAM and PLM software.
Your role will include:
- Deliver product demonstrations addressing customer / prospect needs
-Support the preparation of benchmarking events at customer sites
- Support the delivery of proofs of concept
- Support functionality development using Pro/Toolkit, J-Link and Web-Link
- Develop new solutions to specific technical requirements
- Support services organization in scoping of implementations
- Provide on site technical expertise to customers / partners
- Support technical support in resolving customer issues
- Develop product demonstrations and documentation for re-use
- 2 to 5 years experience with 3D CAD/CAM/CAE, ideally in a technical sales or consulting role
- Good communication skills.
- English and a second language (French or German would be ideal)
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Programming skills in Java, Javascript, C++ would be very helpful.
