The presales consultant implementation specialist will be answerable to the division manager, with the majority of tasks to be undertaken in collaboration with sales staff, BITSoftware personnel and primary stakeholder groups to enable asolutions transfer towards our potential customers based on the existing products & services portofolio. The implementation specialist is expected to work alongside the product manager and the project coordinator.
Operating responsibilities and tasks:
* Ensure that BITSoftware products and services are encapsulated in viable solutions according to the customer needs
* Develops Proof-of-concept projects of BIT Software solutions according to internal methodology
* Prepare blueprints, presentations and scenarios for the proposed solutions, based on the exiting products
* Manage the presales process
* Identify issues/request for change for the solutions, register and track them
* Improve the companies' products by writing and reviewing specifications for changes requests
* Qualifications and experience required:
* University degree in Economics or Economics Engineering
* Understanding of overall business processes
* Ability to communicate on vertical and horizontal level inside the company
* Experience in ERP/CRM and Business Intelligence
* Good knowledge of statistics and business analyst certifications represents an advantage
* Availability for extra hours and traveling
* Driving license category
