For one of our clients, a multinational company active in the telecommunication field, we are looking for a Prepaid Sales Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing the direct sale of prepaid and postpaid products and services:
Evaluating the Romanian market for direct sales opportunities;
Building strong, direct relationships with existing and prospective customers;
Developing and managing a direct sales plan based upon the financial targets agreed with the Managing Director and Sales Director.
Manging the long-term relationships with prepaid customers, partners and internal support staff:
Maintaining a continuously up to date knowledge and understanding of the Romanian mobile airtime sales market, opportunities, challenges and competitors;
Reviewing on a continuous basis all price alternations from subcontractors;
Developing ideas and solutions for new product opportunities.
University degree;
Fluency in English language;
Good PC skills ( MS Office, Microsoft Outlook);
Good communication skills;
Flexible, customer and result oriented with good managerial and negotiation skills.
