The role of the Pre-sales Engineer includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Work with sales teams to understand customer's requirements, competitive markets, develop and implement strategies that will strengthen the Company in the marketplace
- Provide pre sale network designs based on customer input from RFQ documents.
- Presentation and defense of design to external customers
- Provide technical pre-sales support for new opportunities: qualifying customer's requirements, defining solutions, and providing input into customer bids and sales proposals in order to influence selection and win new business
- Learn about new products and technologies
- Develop technical presentation on new / exisiting products
- Previous experience in pre-sales for telecommunications solutions and products
- Technical background on data and voice communications
- Good communication skills
- Good command of English language
