RESPONSABILITATI

Elaboration of responses to tenders issued by customer and prospects
Technical support to sales support and sales force
Elaboration of spontaneous offers for mobile operators
Support to negotiations and clarifications
Transfer of winning offers towards operation for realization
Correct translation of customer specific requests
Preparing the technical proposals
Handling the quotation of the project
Handling the offer review meeting
Integration of the final offer document


CERINTE

University degree in science

IT and Telecommunication principles
Mobile Networks specialization (Switching systems, Prepaid/Post-paid payment chain, End-User Applications)
Knowledge in Mobile market (operators and/or infrastructure supplier)
Project Management
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Languages:
Working language is English.
- Fluent English is compulsory
- French is a plus
Professional experience:
A 1 to 3 year experience is required, ideally in:
Mobile networks (BSS, NSS, Applications) end-to-end architecture,
Mobile network applications: Intelligent network, Post-paid/Prepaid, Billing systems
Mobile end-user services: MMS, SMS, VMS, Location Based Services, Video Streaming,
Pre-sales or post-sales experience in
Project management
Communication and customer skills
A significant tendering experience in a multi-product environment is a plus.
