- the MM – residential/offices is in charge with the communication for all the specific projects of the group.
- helps the Communication Director drawing the communication strategy for the group
- keeps the permanent contact with the designated agencies (advertising, PR, media) in order to accomplish the scheduled communication activities
- helps in organizing and implementing the specific communication activities (press conferences, real estate fairs, expositions and conferences etc.
- helps drawing different corporate documents (press releases, company presentations etc.)
- keeps permanent contact with the marketing departments in order to adjust projects’ communication to the corporate strategy and identity;
- media relations
- keeps up-to-date communication budgets follow-up
- reports and evaluates finished projects
-minimum 2 years communication experience (communication agencies, companies’ communication departments, journalism)
-University degree
-Good communication and presentation skills
-Creative and/but Organized
-Fluent English
-Minimum PC skills: MS Office
