To support the growth of our client, a Leading Multinational Real Estate Company we are looking for a PR & MARKETING COORDINATOR.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for creating, implementing and developing the marketing strategy including advertising and PR;
Prepares materials for planning, concept proposals and coordination for launching new products and services in accordance with overall Company strategy;
Manage and administer participation in conferences and other events;
Develops plans for advertising, sales promotions, public relations;
Organize and manage external communication;
Plan and manage internal communications and awareness of corporate direction, mission, aims and activities;
Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop the Company's brands via suitable PR activities and intellectual property management;
Perform competition analysis and identify changes in the market;
Manage and control PR & Marketing budget;
Work with sales department and monitor the performance of sales force.
University degree, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing;
Minimum 2 years experience on a similar position or equivalent work experience;
Experience in strategic planning;
In-depth understanding of communications and PR issues;
Excellent media relations skills;
Self-motivated with a desire to take on project management roles, and have a passion for media relations;
Proficiency in MS Office;
Proficiency in English.
