-Establishes long and short term framework for management of brands/projects & categories
-Develops and delivers communication (PR) annual plan, plans/programs for specific brand/project/product
-Develop and communicate the whole PR strategy for category/project/ brand strategy
-Develop and implement Corporate Social Responsibility strategy
-Develop and maintain an understanding of the market – competitors, media
-Represent Impact prospective as project and team member in innovative projects
-Leads, motivates, coaches and develops immediate PR team
-Preparation of support budgets and management of their expenditure
Successful candidates will have:
-University degree (preferable public relations)
-Expertise: min. 5 years in Public Relations
-MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
-Language: Romanian and English – fluent
-Excellent communication skills
-Understanding of the media agenda in a crisis situation and the way this impacts on the way a company responds
-Seen as a credible ambassador for the brands and is able to influence external audiences in an appropriate manner
-Easier understanding of consumers lifestyle and insights
-Both creative and analytical skills
-High degree of organization and initiative
-Ability to handle deadlines and changes priorities with good judgment
-Capable of understanding the bigger picture, with an eye for detail
