•Ensure support for the implementation of the annual Corporate Affairs plan for Germanos and Beeep-Cosmote networks.
•Develops and implements the annual sales conferences for the Germanos and Parallel Network chain of stores, as well as the franchisees meetings, according to agreed budget and deadline..
•Develops and implements internal employees events such as regional sales conferences, motivational events (Xmas party, etc.)
•Manages the corporate gifts stocks by ordering them in liaise with Purchasing Department.
•Manages the seasonal gifts campaigns (Xmas, Easter, 1-8 March, according to company strategy) both for employees and business partners.
•Implements PR activities & Events at an outlet-region level in accordance with the established plan and deadlines.
•Daily monitors the PR activities of the main competitors, through media agency reports and independent sources, creates reports and management summaries.
•Creates and updates presentations of the company.
•Coordinates and implements the sponsorship and CSR programs of Germanos brand.
•Updates the Internet/ Intranet sites with press releases
•Generates new ideas for articles, press releases, events, etc. and ensures coordination and consistency with desired organization image; presents ideas to management.
•Manages the corporate fact-sheets, pictures and movies database (representative stores pictures, management pictures, product pictures, etc.)
•Liaises with PR agencies, monitoring agencies, event organizers, etc. to ensure project goals are met and timetable/budget parameters are kept.
•Develops and coordinates the production of the employees’ magazine (G-net), interacts with the G-net readers through the dedicated e-mail address, implements and follows-up the employees contests from the G-net magazine. Insures the distribution of the magazine to the companies from the Group and among all employees.
•Coordinates the materials to be published in internal Group’s magazines (Entos Diktiou, My News/Cosmote etc.)
•Ensures the data confidentiality and safety when performing the job duties.
•University degree, preferably in marketing / communications.
•Excellent Romanian language, both written and verbal.
•Fluency in both written and spoken in English.
•1-2 years experience in similar activities (PR & events).
•Excellent project management skills.
•Basic knowledge of marketing tools.
•Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail, Internet).
•Very good negotiation and presentation skills.
•Open minded, well organized and result oriented person.
•Ability to work under pressure, with high volumes of tasks and set right priorities to deliver results on time.
•Ability to work individually and as part of a team, without close supervision.
•Available for flexible working schedule.
•Willing to work with the company, based on a temporary (maxim 2 years) employment contract.
