This role will suit a person that has experience in the PR field but is looking to focus their energies long-term within a prestigious and highly reputable organisation.
Duties will include:
1. Advise and assist on the design and implementation of the PR and marketing policies and programmes within the company;
2. Permanent research and up-date of information regarding the Romanian (and, to some extent, international) market for legal services;
3. Constantly monitor media and other public sources of information in order to identify marketing, business development opportunities for the company; report and advise in connection with the same;
4. Manage the relationships of the company with Romanian and foreign written media, publishers, researchers, editors, etc. of information for law firms/clients, legal articles, advertisements, interviews, reports, etc.;
5. Manage the relationships of the company with Romanian and foreign conference, seminars and other events organizers, sponsors, services providers, speakers, etc. in connection with events where the company is a co-organizer, sponsor, speakers, moderator or participant;
6. Organization of all internal events, including conferences, seminars, meetings, team building programmes, summer schools, training courses, receptions;
7. Primary contact for the coordinators of any organization, association or group that the company is a member of and organization of;
8. Responsible for the preparation/functioning of all marketing tools (including web site) and marketing materials, the availability/distribution and use thereof;
9. Preparation, review, editing, as the case may be, of all internal staff resumes, legal articles, interviews and speeches.
The ideal candidate must be able to clearly demonstrate:
- A previous background in a PR & Communications capacity for a minimum of 3 years;
- A university education that matches your chosen focus of career;
- A interest in current affairs, law and the commercial market in Romania;
- Well presented, strong communication skills with the ability to build networks, identify opportunities and lead creative ideas and campaigns;
