- Power supply reliability and compliance to production requirements
- Defining equipment running plan according to Production Requirement
- Agree with Maintenance function on the maintenance Plan and schedule the equipment shutdown as necessary
- Monitoring Plant Efficiency and requesting maintenance intervention, if any
- Investigating on possible areas of improvement/modification for enhancing Plant Performance
- Monitor the correct operation of all plant and equipment.
- Log taking and understanding and interpretation of data.
- To assist in the commissioning of new plant and DCS configuration.
- To work closely with the DCS Technician on all matters concerning the DCS or PLCs.
- To use the DCS efficiently and react immediately in case of emergency
- To ensure that Company Standards are followed during Start-Up Phases.
- To maintain historical trends of Production and Injection systems.
- To inform Production Supervisor when the system is unstable or misbehaved.
- Secondary Level Technical Education
- Maintenance basic course (preferred)
- Oil & Gas surface production facilities course (preferred)
- Offshore survival course (mandatory if job requires offshore work)
- 5 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience- 3 years of direct experience
- Intermediate knowledge of English
