Reporting to the Agro Manager successful candidate will be responsible for supporting potato supply program by complying to the plant needs regarding quantities within specified forecast. The essential functions include:
• Provide support of the potato procurement process in order to ensure that the plant requirements are met in accordance with requested quantity, quality and on time.
• Work closely with Agro-team and Agro Manager on sourcing plan potato crop to ensure continuity of potato supply
• Produce purchase orders as to cover all requirements and agreed conditions to be met by the company and suppliers, and submit them to the authorized signatories and follow up the approval process.
• Place PO’s to suppliers, follow up their confirmations and enter them in the system; closely monitor the agreed schedules and scope of work, solve the non conformities or raise them to superiors attention
• Prepare, collect and keep organized all purchasing documents so that they are available for audit purposes
• Work closely with Accounting Dept. to ensure compensation of contract prepayment with potato deliveries and follow –up on amounts to be reimbursed from potato contracts.
• Produce weekly status reports for contract compliance, forecast week crop, record of potato deliveries
Requirements:

• Language skills: good knowledge of English

• Skilled on computer applications with MS Office scope
• Driver license
• Purchasing, Finance ,Operation and Agronomy background is desired
