Assess the projects requests and the preliminary documentation in the initiation phase;
Manage resources allocation within VBR projects considering the projects priority;
Manage conflicts in respect with the projects portfolio and anticipates the possible events which could affect the project portfolio planning.
Periodically reports the project portfolio status to the Middle and Top Management;
Elaborate the materials for Project Committees and ensures the projects status communication at all levels within the bank
Perform effective project communication to business departments involved, including updates, presentations;
Offers support and motivates the Project Managers in order to maximize the success factors in the projects implementation phase
Coordinate the analysis for the project documentation (Business Specifications Document, Cost and Benefit Analysis, Authorization Files, Procedural Framework, Testing Scenarios, IT solution).
Ensure the implementation of the project together with the divisions/ departments of the bank based on the implementation plan;
Manage projects to successful implementation. Ensure effective implementation planning, hands over all the proper documentation (sign of the acceptance according to solution agreed, contracts);
• University Degree in Economics and Informatics Technologies knowledge(University Degree in Cybernetics or High School degree in programs development);
• Minimum 3 years Project Management experience or experience in Management Consulting ; knowledge of project management methodology;
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; planning skills; strategic thinking;
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines;
• Ambitious and capable of working under pressure;
• Self managed and motivated; solution-oriented approach;
• Team spirit and negotiation skills;
• Knowledge of banking legislation;
• Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Project);
• Fluency in English language, both spoken and written.
