The Policy Administration Supervisor is responsible processing tasks and providing information referring to insurance contracts administration. Main responsibilities:
- Team Management
- Relation with the French team
- Achieve Service Level Agreements
- Manage inquiry media (email, phone) from AIS
- Collect and verify policy holder,, endorsement, cancellation & renewal information
- Record the information and perform corresponding tasks on the BPO dedicated application
- Manage scanned document indexation and input
- Apply the application based business design for all policy administration processes
- Provide activity reports (analytic and synthetic)
- Identify and report processes risks
- Propose improvements of the processes
- Ensure back-up of the Policy Administration Manager
- University degree (Insurance, Bank or Financial Services, IT or scientific background- advantage)
- 1 + years experience in computer processing and customer support (phone calls, mails, emails, faxes)
- 1 + years experience in Team Management
- Very good knowledge of French
- Customer service skills
- Communication & interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Organization/ administration skills
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under stress
- Ability to work on different problems simultaneously
- The insurance industry knowledge, the insurance contract knowledge, the Group life, individual insurance and commercial lines would be an asset
