1. Receive POs from Products & Services Department and ensure integration into IT system
2. Review POs according to Company Standard of Authority, monitor the progression of PO evaluation closely
3. Handling sale contract, framework agreement and the corresponding amendment, adendum or supplement as per Company Policy and Process
4. Handling borrow contract applications as per internal procedures and regulations
5. Submit contract documents and information to IT system for fulfillment
6. Submit contract-related weekly report
7. Submit routine sales report every week
8. Push internal contract review to close in time
9. Assisting other sales management process or commercial management affairs
1. Bachelor or master diploma holder, major in trade, logistics, economy, finance or legal
basic knowledge on telecommunication equipments, contract and risks hereof
2. Over one year or plus working experience or more in commercial, legal, finance, marketing, or contract administration
3. Excellent written and communication skills in English
4. Fast learner, flexible and possess high caliber of integrity in handling confidential information
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, passionate, high self-driven, work under pressure
