- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities for assigned areas
- Perform minor repair to equipment and facilities for assigned areas
- Assist Maintenance Coordinator, Equipment Vendor, Third-Party Vendor, Ag-Engineering in performing major or severe breakdown repair of equipment
- Assist in additional responsibilities per Plant Supervisor direction
- Assist Field Technicians in preparation, supervising, inspecting, and performing field work during planting and detasseling seasons (April-July)
- Minimum Highschool Degree required
- Bachelor's or Technical degree preferred
- At least 2 years of job experience necessary
- Any experience in seed production, commercial agriculture, or food industry will be preferred
