In this challenging position you are responsible for the operations and the daily management of the plant in Sibiu. You support and coach all the divisions to improve continuously. Additionally, you are in charge of the follow up and improvement of the necessary procedures and systems. Furthermore, you are part of the managing board, reporting to the headquarters in Austria and maintaining the relations with the other plants in Europe.
As our ideal candidate you possess a university degree in technical or business-related studies (preferably MBA).You have a proven track record in the management of a production company and several years of relevant experience in modern business administration. Your command of the English language is very good and you have a high IT affinity.
Regarding the personality we are looking for a team player with excellent communication and high leadership as well as coaching skills. Furthermore you are well-organised with high flexibility and a very positive attitude.
