- Manages the Operations department in Romania and Bulgaria
- Responsible for the Maintenance, Quality, Engineering and Production departments of the company
- Develops production management skills including setting up, efficiency, production processes and techniques and analysis of production and financial reports
- University degree (preferably in engineering);
- Minim 4 years experience in production department (preferably industrial area);
- Experience in production management (leading production processes and management of at least 50 persons);
- Experience in multinational/international companies;
- High level of English language;
- Available for frequent traveling abroad and in the country
