•Reports to Group Country Manager ( expatriate) and company’s H/Q- Europe based
•overall responsibility for leading and coordinating the entire production units activity
•Planning and implementing the company’s development strategy and annual operating plan consistent with Group’s strategy, policies and best practices
•Managing and guiding senior management team from production units
•Review operating performance continually and take corrective actions when necessary
•Effectively guiding the operating policies ensuring that all activities are carried out in compliance with the Group & local regulations and law governing business entities
•Continuing and consolidating the company’s particular good & strong business presence and image
•Develop , implement and monitor budgets
•Relevant management experience in (modern )production environment international standards
•Strong ,management , planning , organizational and communication skills
•University Technical degree
•Good knowdlege of English
